EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE ETC: Each candidate must, on the latest date for receipt of completed application forms:
• have a good standard of general education; • have the ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as on own initiative; • have at least 10 years experience in Local Authority Operations or in the Construction Industry; • have a sound knowledge of general construction, Drainage Operation and Networks • have the ability to supervise workgroups • be able to make cost estimates for works to be carried out and to write clear and concise reports; • be able to read maps and drawings and prepare sketch maps; • have experience and ability to supervise workgroups; • have a full driving licence Category B free from endorsements;
